Cross the threshold and let your gaze ascend to the steel “Matrix”: the hanging shelves that seem to levitate in the void. Walk under Gabriel Orozco’s gray whale skeleton in the main lobby. We suggest you get lost in the upper levels to appreciate the perfect symmetry of the structure, and then descend to the paths of the outdoor botanical garden. Here, among more than 160 species of Mexican flora, the noise of the Suburban Train disappears, leaving only the rustle of leaves and the echo of turning pages.
Level: Secure (Institutional). The facility has private security and security arches. Being close to a mass transportation terminal (Buenavista), discretion is recommended when leaving with professional photographic equipment. The interior is a space of respect and absolute silence.

The Floating Vertex. Go up to the seventh level of the north wing at 4:30 PM. Sunlight filters through the side windows, illuminating the steel edges and creating an effect of infinite depth. It is the perfect angle to capture the essence of the library “Matrix” in its full splendor.
