• Traveler DNA (Psychographic Profile): To personalize your solarpunk experience, we proactively collect data such as your interests, dietary preferences, date of birth, desired travel pace, city/country of residence, and sensitivity to stimuli (energy, noise tolerance).
• Usage Data: We collect passive information about how you interact with our guides, the interactive “Scroll Tracker”, completed missions, and earned badges (Gamification).

2. How We Use Your Information We use your information exclusively to:

• Create and maintain your explorer account.
• Score and recommend experiences using our “Sensory Impact Score” and Artificial Intelligence agents that adapt the route to your “Traveler DNA”.
• Award and monitor the progress of your space gamification (Experience Points, Solar Coins).
• Provide travel assistance and important communications regarding your missions (“Planning”, “At Destination”, etc.).

3. Information Sharing Your data is your cosmos. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties individually. We only share information when strictly necessary to:

• Comply with the law or governmental requirements.
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of Space Journey or our travelers.
• Integrate technically with essential infrastructure (such as cloud hosting).
• B2B Analytics and Strategic Partners: As part of corporate strategic alliances (e.g., with credit card issuers or airport networks), Space Journey may share analytical reports on behavior, travel trends, and benefit redemption. This information is always shared in a strictly aggregated and anonymized format, ensuring that no personal data or individual identity is revealed to our commercial partners.

4. Your Rights (Control of your DNA) You can rectify or update your “Traveler Metadata” at any time from your dashboard. If you wish to delete your account or revoke our access to your Google data, contact us at concierge@spacejourney.app or revoke the permissions directly from your Google account settings.

5. International Compliance and GDPR Given that our coverage includes destinations in the European Union (e.g., Rome, Paris), Space Journey aligns with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition to your right to rectify and delete data, you have the right to request the portability of your data, limit its processing, or withdraw any prior consent.
