Opened in 1993, it represents the perfect transition between industrial Paris and modern ecological commitment. It is a biophilic corridor that allows you to float above the bustle of the Bastille while walking among climbing rose bushes, lavender and cherry trees, offering a unique aerial perspective of Haussmannian architecture.

Your journey begins in the Bastille, ascending the stairs behind the Opera or via the elevators of the Viaduc des Arts. You will walk directly over brick arches that house luxury artisans’ workshops, surrounded by a dense botanical collection. The highlight is the crossing of the Jardin de Reuilly through a suspended wooden walkway of futuristic design, from where you will observe Parisian daily life from above. The tour ends in the most naturalistic sector near the Porte de Montempoivre, where the noise of the city disappears completely, leaving only the sound of the leaves.

The central axis on Avenue Ledru-Rollin. From this bridge, you will have the perfect alignment of the viaduct with the visual escape of the lower avenue.
